Behind the Quality

Behind every great restaurant is a pair of skilled and experienced hands in the kitchen. And Luigi’s is no exception. Owner Bob Dorn has a long history in the food business including when he managed food distributors such as Todd's and US Foods for many years. Since then he's learned the front-end of the restaurant business that has been crucial in his current success with Luigi's. The restaurant was opened by its namesake in 2006 and was eventually placed into Dorn's hands, and the restaurant has never been better. Bob and his wife can be found actively involved in the day-to-day running of their restaurant. They enjoy spending time with their thirteen grandchildren when they are not working.
